“Nick McCulloch is a bright and charming young man who is a good listener and understood what I expected of him. From our initial meeting I knew he was the perfect person to handle the sale of my property.

Nick was very professional and kept me informed with every detail on a regular basis. He gave me the confidence and reassured me of why I chose H.F. Richardson’s Real Estate.

I would be more than happy to recommend Nick McCulloch to any future clients he may encounter.

A job well done in this difficult market.”

“When it came to a decision about which Agency would handle the sale of a 300 acre property at Connewarre, there was really no choice other than HFR.

We have been buying/selling beef cattle and pigs with the firm for almost 40 years and the strong relationship coupled with the fact that for “Hobby Farms” in the Geelong region there is no one else to touch them!  An excellent marketing campaign was developed with an attractive brochure and strategic advertising leading up to an auction. Post auction we relied on internet advertising which was reasonably priced and gave us the final sale.

The firm was able to introduce a number of potential buyers, to inspect the lots on offer and two of these groups bought at the auction, for very satisfactory prices. Will Richardson conducted the auction and was able to achieve, what is regarded now, as the best possible result. Left with one lot to sell, an unusual property, Nick McCulloch worked tirelessly for 10 months finding buyers, having inspections and doing everything he could to get a sale – he was committed to the point of being dogged, he never gave up and never lost his enthusiasm for making the sale. He was totally professional throughout the process and ultimately achieved a result with which both parties are happy. He kept in touch constantly and never left us wondering what was happening – we knew the progress every step of the way.

The commitment of the team at HFR was outstanding and everything was done with a smile and a level of professionalism, apparently, uncommon in the industry. Faced with a similiar challenge in the future we would not hesitate to engage HFR again and it has been a pleasure to provide this testimonial- it is well deserved.”
